I had the honor of interviewing Sylvia Robinson who is the Communications and HR Program Manager at Tolmar which makes pharmaceuticals in Fort Collins. She has some pretty unique ideas about the relationship between branding and talent pipelines. While Tolmar is a big company (she would disagree but she has over 700 people on her team) what I enjoyed is that she discussed ways to share the branding love across a small, even 10 person, company.
